Cindy Coe is a Christian Formation Consultant based in Knoxville, Tennessee. I have a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education from Virginia Theological Seminary and am a member of the Diocese of East Tennessee Christian Formation Team. Currently, I am serving as a consultant to Episcopal Relief & Development and worked on two new children’s curricula, Episcopal Relief & Development’s Abundant Life Garden Project program and Real Heroes versus Rita Mosquito (both available at www.er-d.org/children).
